Mentoring is a relationship, which gives people the opportunity to share their professional and personal skills and experiences and to grow and develop in the process. It is based on encouragement, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share.

Verity provides a 4 month mentee / mentor relationship, carefully matched on individual profiles. Mentors provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that mentees require to overcome the challenges they face in leadership roles.
We provide our mentees with all the tools required to track personal growth including full SWOT analysis, resources, and a record of their personal journey. Mentees can use the journal to reflect on their progress.
We understand that achieving goals can sometimes be difficult in the face of gender disparity and inequity. The Verity program is designed to help people achieve their professional goals while navigating differences in the workplace.
